12:36am Injury Crash
Deputies and units from the Union Township Fire Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the 12000 block of State Route 4 for a possible injury crash involving a 1991 Dodge Dakota. The Ohio State Patrol handled the crash investigation.
6:47am Animal Complaint
The Union County Dog Warden was dispatched to a residence in the 15000 block of Hawn Road to investigate damage caused to the property by loose dogs. The owner of the dogs was located, and a report was taken, #24-0398.
7:55am Menacing
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 7000 block of Industrial Parkway to investigate a dispute between two motorists in which a firearm was reportedly displayed. A report was taken, #24-0399.
8:56am Arrest Warrant
A deputy went to the Richland Correctional Institution to take custody of Seth W. Gardner, age 44 of Mansfield, for an outstanding arrest warrant. He was transported to the Tri County Regional Jail.
10:13am Assist Other Agency
Deputies assisted officers from the Columbus Police Department with serving an arrest warrant at a residence on South Main Street in Magnetic Springs.
11:05am Theft
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Scottslawn Road to investigate an unauthorized withdrawal from the victim’s bank account. A report was taken, #24-0401.
11:52am Domestic Violence
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 25000 block of State Route 31 to investigate a report of domestic violence between a husband and wife. The parties were separated, and a report was taken, #24-0400.
1:32pm Arrest Warrant
A deputy went to the Juvenile Probation Office on West Fifth Street to take custody of Anthony J. Chilson, age 18 of Marysville, for an outstanding arrest warrant. He was transported to the Central Ohio Youth Center.
3:36pm Dispute
A deputy investigated a dispute between a property owner and an excavation company employee over work that was not completed at a property on Benton Road near Bear Swamp Road. No report was taken.
4:12pm Injury Crash
Deputies and units from the Allen Township Fire Department and Union Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of Collins Road and North Darby Coe Road to investigate an injury crash involving a 2019 Honda HR-V that failed to yield to oncoming traffic and was struck by a 2007 Honda Civic. One person was transported to Memorial Hospital. The driver of the HR-V, Mikayla A. Marsh, age 27 of Columbus, was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield right of way. A crash report was taken, #80- 24-276.
5:15pm Property Damage Crash
Deputies responded to State Route 161 at US Route 33 for a property damage crash involving a 2020 Toyota Prius that struck a guardrail. No report was taken.

4:03am Telecommunications Harassment
Deputies investigated unwanted messages that were received at a residence in the 10000 block of Fulton Creek Road. No report was taken.
9:30am Theft
Deputies were sent to a business in the 21000 block of Northwest Parkway to investigate multiple thefts that had occurred. Johnathan M. Payne, age 19, of West Mansfield was charged with burglary and theft. He also trespassed from the business. A report was taken #24-0404.
11:44am Dispute
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 12000 block of Bell Road to investigate a dispute between the property owner and a lease holder. The parties were separated when the deputy arrived on scene and no report was taken.
12:25pm Assist Other Agency
Deputies assisted the Marysville Division of Police and the Marysville Fire Department with locating the suspect vehicle out of a hit skip injury crash that occurred at the intersection of Collins Avenue and South Maple Street in Marysville. The Marysville Police handled the investigation.
1:00pm Hit-Skip Property Damage Crash
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 7000 block of Corporate Boulevard to investigate a hit skip property damage crash where a vehicle struck a mailbox and continued on. A crash report was taken, #80- 24-277.
1:45pm Mental Health
A deputy assisted by the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the 18000 block of Poling Road for a person experiencing a mental health crisis. No report was taken.
1:59pm Assault
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to a business in the 7000 block of Corporate Boulevard to investigate a potential assault that occurred between employees. Safaa N. Mohammed, age 35, of Columbus and Angelo C. Dunno, age 49, of Columbus were both cited for Disorderly Conduct and a report was taken, #24-0403.
2:09pm Dispute
A deputy spoke with a resident from the 10000 block of Elderberry Drive on station regarding a dispute between the caller and her boyfriend. No report was taken.
2:49pm Injury Crash
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to US Route 33 near US Route 161 to investigate an injury crash involving a 2012 Honda CRV that went off the roadway and struck a metal fence. One victim was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital. A crash report was taken, #80-24-278.
4:38pm Suicide Threat
Deputies responded to a business in the 13000 block of US Route 42 for a person threatening self-harm. The person was not there any longer. The Columbus Police Department later located the person and transported them to the hospital. No report was taken.
5:57pm Arrest Warrant
Deputies assisted by the Marysville Police Department took Mark. A Bills, age 39, of Marysville into custody for an outstanding arrest warrant. His bond was paid, and he was released.
7:22pm Dispute
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 20000 of State Route 31 for a dispute between family members. Parties were separated and no report was taken.
