This is what @comcast does. They take over an area, kill all competition, and then offer utterly ****** service for five times the price. They literally charged me for a modem I didn’t have for 5 years. They’re thieves. And Public shaming is the only way to get their attention.

Ah, @comcast four times the money for one tenth the service with zero way to talk to a real human. I’d switch in a heartbeat if they weren’t the literal only option for internet. Fifth outage in a week. No one buy them unless, like me, you’re forced to do so.

I'm gonna lose it. Thanks @Xfinity for having not only the worst chat but in the world but also the worst support. I'm going on 36 hours of no sleep and the kid 2 years old is screaming for elmo, so you decided to cut all internet and tv without a forewarning? Wtf?!

also shut ******** up, incoming customer service bot.they always blame our router (because theirs die so ******* quickly we never replace it with one of theirs) even though 01) their local xfinity routers get the same results 02) their own tests have proven this is false
